Important Information Regarding Operations of Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel and The Retreat at Soaring Eagle

Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel is committed to the safety and well-being of every guest and team member who passes through our doors. It is our mission each day to exercise caution and good judgment in the care of those around us.

In March, Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel voluntarily closed to do our part in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. That closure lasted until the end of May.

Soaring Eagle Resort Jobs

Since reopening on May 28^th, Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel has served thousands of guests, both local and across the region. The safety protocols that were put in place to combat the COVID-19 virus have been successful. To date, there has not been a single case of the virus within our active team members or connected with the waterpark and hotel. Health screening is conducted at entry points to the property for both guests and team members. Acrylic dividers have been added at contact points to assist with separation; all team members practice social distancing, and all staff is subject to mask requirements. The waterpark continues to operate at reduced capacity, and our housekeeping teams have been trained and equipped to make sure that every room is safe and ready for the next guest. There has never been a serious incident at the waterpark or hotel throughout more than eight years of operation, and we are proud of our unblemished safety record. Everyone at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel is deeply committed to that mission.

Using those factors as our guide, it has been determined that Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel’s suspending operation will not contribute to the reduction of the COVID-19 virus. This decision will be continuously evaluated, and should new information require a change, that alteration will be made without hesitation.

These are difficult decisions during difficult times. Our guests and our team members’ well-being and security will serve as our guide as we move forward and continue to safely serve all who come to Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel.
